BRAVE CF Awards: impressive submissions nominated, including Jack Grants last-second armbar

BRAVE Combat Federation continues to announce nominations for different categories in its yearly awards. After BRAVE CF nominated the best KO’s, now it’s time for the top submissions to receive their accolades.
The chosen nominees have shown extraordinary skill sets and a sense or urgency and/or importance of the fight to be nominated – after all, two of the nominees came from main events.
The first nomination goes to Ismail Naurdiev, who had a resounding Middleweight debut in the main event of BRAVE CF 79. It took ‘’The Austrian Wonderboy’’ little over a minute to lock in a guillotine choke that ended up retiring Tahar Hadbi.
The next nomination goes to Iranian grappling wizard Mojtaba Nasiri at BRAVE CF 76. His arm-triangle choke put Jefri Arianto to sleep in Indonesia. At BRAVE CF 78, Luiz Cado marked his first BRAVE CF main event with a huge kneebar victory over Vernon Ramos, the third win in as many promotional outings for the Brazilian Super Welterweight.
Finally, Jack Grant’s last-minute armbar of Ahmed Labban takes the last nomination. Grant was dominating throughout their BRAVE CF 80 fight and could easily have coasted towards a decision victory. However, Jack decided to go for the finish, and earned the armbar with one second left on the clock.
