The final countdown to BRAVE CF 100 is underway. On Thursday evening, the fighters of the historic centennial event took part in the ceremonial weigh-ins and final face-offs at The Avenues Mall in Manama, Bahrain - marking their FINAL public appearance before stepping into the cage on Friday night. BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid was on stage to oversee proceedings, as fans packed the venue to witness the intense final staredowns that capped off an already dramatic fight week.

Earlier in the day, the official weigh-ins produced unexpected headlines after the interim BRAVE CF Super Welterweight Championship bout between Mohammad Fakhreddine and Alex Lohoré was cancelled, with Fakhreddine failing to appear on the scale. Despite the controversy, the rest of the card proceeded without incident, with fighters making weight and setting the stage for a night that promises to be one of the biggest in BRAVE Combat Federation history.

Tensions flared early when Nour Jopa and Hussain Al Kurdi nearly came to blows during their face-off. The two immediately lunged toward each other, forcing officials to intervene before things could escalate further. Their heated exchange added extra fire to what will serve as the opening bout on the BRAVE CF 100 card.

In contrast, India’s Aarti Khatri and Uzbekistan’s Arofat Toirova offered a display of respect and pride ahead of their catchweight bout. Khatri took to the stage adorned in her nation’s colors, waving the Indian flag proudly as she shared a composed moment with Toirova.

As the face-offs proceeded, that sense of calm didn’t last long. Bahrain’s Mohamed Alsameea and Egypt’s Mahmoud Amr exchanged shoves during their flyweight face-off, prompting cheers and jeers from the Bahraini crowd that filled The Avenues Mall. The brief altercation hinted at the intensity fans can expect when the two finally meet inside the cage.

The atmosphere reached a fever pitch when Muhammad ‘The Punisher’ Mokaev and Gerard ‘The Animal’ Burns stepped up for their final face-off ahead of their battle for the vacant BRAVE CF Flyweight World Championship. Burns, backed by a loud Irish contingent waving the tricolour flag, confidently promised to make a statement on fight night, declaring simply: “KO.” Mokaev, unfazed, fired back with venom: “Gerard is nobody to tell me I never had a fight in my life. He talks about the street record - don’t talk about the streets, you’ve never been on the streets where I’ve been, brother. Sit down.”

The night closed with a symbolic and electric showdown between reigning BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Champion Borislav Nikoli? and Bahrain’s hometown hero Hamza Kooheji. Nikoli? walked on stage draped in the Serbian flag, the gold belt slung proudly over his shoulder as he declared with icy confidence: “I will win this fight.” The crowd roared as Kooheji, backed by Bahraini support, vowed to defend his homeland and ensure the title remains on local soil. The pair’s unwavering eye contact spoke volumes - two men ready to etch their names into BRAVE CF history.

With weigh-ins and face-offs now complete, the stage is now set for BRAVE CF 100 - a monumental night celebrating a decade of BRAVE Combat Federation’s global legacy. The event takes place on Friday, 7 November 2025, live from Khalifa Sports City in Isa Town, Bahrain, featuring athletes from around the world competing in one of the most significant cards in the promotion’s history.
