Tbilisi prepares for a seismic moment in mixed martial arts as BRAVE CF: GEORGIA VS. THE WORLD ignites the Tbilisi New Sports Palace on Friday, October 3.

In partnership with Georgian Fighting Championship (GFC), the fifth edition of BRAVE International Combat Week promises an unforgettable spectacle, staging nine high-stakes battles that pit the nation’s finest against international athletes.

With this milestone, Georgia proudly becomes the 37th country to host a BRAVE CF premium live event, strengthening the promotion’s reputation as the sport’s most globally expansive platform.

Local pride will be at its fiercest, as seven homegrown talents carry the nation’s banner inside the cage.

Rauli Tutarauli

Few names resonate louder in Georgian MMA than Rauli Tutarauli.

With a remarkable record of 36 wins, including 22 knockouts and eight submissions, the hard-hitting lightweight has long been a standard-bearer for his country.

Now, Tutarauli stands at the brink of history. In the main event, he challenges Dutch veteran Pieter “The Archangel” Buist for the BRAVE CF Interim Lightweight World Championship.

Victory would make him the first Georgian to wear BRAVE CF gold, and possibly earn him another shot at reigning lineal king Abdisalam Uulu “Omok” Kubanychbek, who bested him at BRAVE CF 87 in September 2024.

Redemption, however, depends on overcoming Buist in front of a roaring home crowd

Lasha Abramishvili

After storming onto the BRAVE CF stage with emphatic victories over Magomed Idrisov and Brice Picaud, Lasha Abramishvili (10-2-1) now takes a pivotal step in his climb toward championship contention.

Set for the co-main event, Abramishvili will meet Khurshed “Good Boy” Nazarov of Tajikistan, the No. 3-ranked bantamweight contender.

A win would strengthen his claim to a future title opportunity against reigning divisional titleholder Borislav Nikolic.

Mukhrani Narsavidze

With an 8-1 slate and a 50 percent finishing rate, Mukhrani Narsavidze is eager to introduce himself to an international audience.

Standing in his way is Moldovan middleweight Gheorghe Gritko, a clash that could serve as the launchpad for Narsavidze’s ascent on the world stage.

Luka Giorgadze

After building a reputation as a dangerous finisher with a 9-2 record, Luka Giorgadze steps into 2025 with clear intentions.

His assignment comes against unbeaten Aruban prospect Reymond Jowett in a featherweight tilt that promises fireworks.

With six knockouts and one submission under his belt, Giorgadze is intent on delivering a show for the Tbilisi faithful.

Dimitri Bolkvadze

For years, Dimitri Bolkvadze has sharpened his skills on the regional circuit.

Now, at 9-2, he seizes the chance to perform on a grander stage. On the preliminary card, Bolkvadze tests himself against Kazakhstan’s Timur Kuanysh, aiming to prove that his abilities belong on the international level.

Borena Tsertsvadze

The women’s flyweight division also takes the spotlight as Borena Tsertsvadze (4-0) meets Azerbaijani counterpart Khanim Bashirova.

With most of her triumphs secured via knockout, Tsertsvadze embodies aggression and ambition. Remaining unbeaten in Tbilisi would cement her status as one of Georgia’s fastest-rising prospects.

Badri Focxverashvili

Opening the evening for the host country is Badri Focxverashvili, a 29-year-old lightweight who holds a 4-1 record.

Known for finishing fights, he takes on France’s Levy Carriel in a three-round clash. A convincing victory could set the tone for Georgia’s night of glory.
