BRAVE CF may extend invitations to selected journalists or enter into paid coverage arrangements. These media representatives are considered part of the official press pool and will receive equal treatment under accreditation rules. Any additional benefits (such as travel, accommodation, or enhanced access) will be coordinated directly by BRAVE CF. Regardless of status, all invited or paid media are required to comply fully with the accreditation process and the event code of conduct.

All disputes, claims or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Accreditation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such disputes, claims or proceedings.

For the avoidance of doubt, where the accredited media entity is already bound by an existing agreement with BRAVE CF’s partners or affiliates that prescribes a different governing law or jurisdiction, such provisions shall take precedence with respect to any conflict or overlap, and nothing in this clause shall derogate from or override those existing arrangements.

To ensure a professional and secure environment for athletes and guests, BRAVE CF asks accredited media to observe the following:

Restricted Areas: Certain zones will be clearly marked and remain off-limits unless expressly approved.

Content Use: Private or off-record footage must not be recorded or published without prior written permission.

Professional Conduct: Media must act respectfully towards athletes, officials, staff, and guests at all times.

Non-Transferable Access: Accreditation badges are personal and may not be shared or reassigned.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate revocation of accreditation, removal from the venue, and potential exclusion from future BRAVE CF events.

BRAVE Combat Federation (“BRAVE CF”) expressly disclaims any and all liability for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage (whether to person or property) sustained by members of the media, their employees, contractors, or representatives (“Media Personnel”) while attending, covering, or otherwise participating in any BRAVE CF event or activity, whether occurring within or outside the designated event premises.

By attending the event, Media Personnel acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own risk, and they hereby release, waive, and discharge BRAVE CF, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to such injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage.
